Sostenibilidad es mucho más que rutas de transportes cortas, la conservación de los recursos o el reciclaje. La longevidad de los productos está íntimamente ligada a ella.

Los productos ORTLIEB tienen la reputación de ser indestructibles y tienen una vida útil muy larga. En el caso de que alguna vez ocurra, que se encuentre algún defecto en la manufactura, o alguna parte se desgaste, están construidos de tal manera, que sin problema puedan ser reparados. Partes defectuosas pueden ser fácilmente cambiadas, agujeros reparados, cierres reemplazados y correas repuestas. Para ello disponemos de un propio departamento de servicio al cliente, en el que los productos ORTLIEB vuelven a ser puestos a punto para ser utilizados nuevamente de manera dura e intensa.
Aquí también los antiguos productos podrán ser reajustados con la última tecnología. Además ponemos a su disposición sets para reparaciones, que permiten a los clientes hacer reparaciones durante el camino. Tras la salida de un artículo, mantenemos los recambios en el almacén durante 10 años. Y por último: con la garantía de 5 años ofrecemos a nuestros clientes la seguridad, que los defectos de fabricación tanto en su manufactura, como en los materiales utilizados serán repuestos gratuitamente por nosotros.

European Outdoor Conservation Association

Founded in 2006, the European Outdoor Conservation Association is an initiative from the European outdoor industry with the objective of protecting wild areas that we care so passionately about. The outdoor industry recognises that preserving and protecting the natural environment is a core necessity and raises funds from within the industry to support direct projects. This group, which will be independent from the main EOG, is designed to harness the incredible power of our industry and to raise money to donate to grass roots conservation groups.

The European Outdoor Conservation Association will raise money from subscriptions, donations and via the EOG´s interest in the OutDoor show and has the objective of raising € 150.000 within the first year. 100% of all revenue from member´s subscriptions will be awarded to conservation projects.

The Association aims to fund projects that protect threatened wild areas for their habitat and recreational value. The projects must focus on specific issues and root causes, involving direct citizen action, that eventually build public involvement, consensus and support.
